2028 West Virginia Mountaineers Football Schedule

West Virginia opens the 2028 season in the Duke’s Mayo Classic against Tennessee in Charlotte on September 2, then returns to Milan Puskar Stadium to host Youngstown State on September 9 and Akron on September 16.

The Mountaineers’ Big 12 opponents and the dates for those conference games have not been released. Note that with the rapid pace of conference realignment, any future schedules are subject to change.
